We’re suckers for blue cheese. And no one knows how to make it like Grandma. This buttery, rich recipe comes from my mom and her mom and her mom’s mom. We add Black Magic to make it buffalo style, but it is also delicious by itself.
- 1/2 lb blue cheese crumbles
- 1 c of mayo
- 1/2 c of sour cream
- 3 or 3.5 TBL Black Magic
- Crumble cheese.
- Add all ingredients to a bowl.
- Blend with immersion blender or food processor.
- Store in glass jar in fridge for up to two weeks.
