This is a delicious way to get your buffalo chicken fill and eat your veggies at the same time. Perfect if you have leftovers from Blonde Beard's® Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Blonde Beard's® Buffalo Chicken Biscuits or Crockpot Buffalo Chicken. Also great vegetarian style.
INGREDIENTS

Grilled or Fried Chicken Breast or Leftover Blonde Beard’s® Buffalo Chicken

Green Leaf, Romain or whatever lettuce you have on hand

Carrots

Celery

Red or Green Onion
- Bacon crumbles (optional)

Blue or Feta Cheese crumbles

Blonde Beard’s® Buffalo Sauce

Ranch or Bleu Cheese (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Chop chicken if not already chopped.
- Toss with Blonde Beard’s® Buffalo Sauce.
- Chop your lettuce and all your veggies.
- Place Blonde Beard’s® Buffalo Chicken on top of salad.
- Sprinkle with blue cheese or feta.
- Drizzle with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing.
- Drizzle with Blonde Beard’s® Buffalo Sauce.
- Mix and Enjoy!
