We’re suckers for blue cheese. And no one knows how to make it like Grandma. This buttery, rich recipe has been passed down in my family for generations. We turn it buffalo style with our Black Magic. It is also delicious as a plain dressing. INGREDIENTS 1.5 oz blue cheese * 1/2 c of mayo 1/4 c of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt 2 Tbs Blonde Beard's Black Magic COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Crumble cheese. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Buffalo Cauliflower

A vegetarian take on the classic wing. These crunchy spicy florets are incredibly tasty, even for devout meat eaters. INGREDIENTS 1 Head of Cauliflower ½ Cup White or Almond Flour ½ Cup Cold Water Salt & Pepper to taste 3-4 Tbsp Blonde Beard's Black Magic COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Chop Cauliflower into florets. Mix flour, water, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cauliflower to batter, mix until all florets are completely covered. Spread in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet. Homemade buttery biscuits and fried chicken, covered in Chicken and Waffles buffalo sauce. AMEN. Classic Buffalo Wings

Nothing is better than a crispy fried buffalo wing. And much to peoples' surprise, you can achieve a great tasting wing right in the comfort of your own home.  INGREDIENTS Fresh, sectioned chicken wings. Try to avoid the frozen bagged wings. If using frozen wings, make sure they are thoroughly thawed before cooking. A good rule of thumb, is about 1 lb per person.
